Participants

Beijing Materials Institute offers Chinese language courses to the following groups：
(1) Students1 who plan to matriculate at a Chinese university where Chinese is the primary language of instruction.
(2) Students2 who has graduated from senior high school, and want to enter Chinese university or study Chinese.
(3) Businesspeople who have or plan to establish business links with Chinese companies where Chinese language is needed.
(4) Temporary Residents with interests in China or/and in Chinese Language.

Application

I. Applicants should prepare the following materials:
Fill out an application form which can be obtained anytime by mail, phone, fax, or e-mail.
(1) 4 passport size photos.
(2) 1 copy of the applicant's passport.
(3) Application fee of $50 (USD)

Teaching

(1) Placement An entrance test is given to all participants before the program begins. They may enter the program at one of the 5 levels:

Beginner	Elementary	Intermediate
Class I	Class II	Class III
Advanced	Business Chinese
Class IV	Business Class

(2) Curriculum

Business Chinese
-Business Chinese -Business Conversation
-Business Communication and Contracts
(3) Schedule
Monday to Friday
No classes on the weekends and the following Chinese holidays:
New Year's day; May Day; National Day; and Chinese New Year
